minimum altitude: 860 meters

maximum altitude: 1289 meters

Starting point: Ss. Peter and Paul’s church (car park available).

Directions: turn right past the church going up to the holy shrine “Santella”. After 100 m at the end of the paved road turn left and go on the path arriving at the Restaurant and Pizzeria named “Sette Colli”.

Go on straight up to the crossroads and turn left.

At the next intersection turn right and go along the white dirt road named “Strada dei Cavalli”. At a place called “Plass”, take the uphill road on the right.

Keep going straight and arrive at the top of a slope crossing another road; keep right and you will get to Colle San Fermo. Follow the road on the right up to Vetra square.

Go downhill up to a small water source and take the path on the left.

Go on straight and carry on until you get to a place named “Fontana Fredda” (its name originates from an old water source).

Turn right and take the descent up to Supine valley.

Keep going as far as Ceratello, a small village near Costa Volpino. Carry on until you come to the square, turn right, go to the town centre and take the direction towards Bossico.

Keep going for about 50 m, turn left and go downhill towards the area S. Giovanni. You will get to the old purification plant after going through cobbled descents.

One of the last uphill roads will get you to a provincial road heading to Bossico.
